Classic RPG Gaming & Modding

I want to deepen my experience with a few classic video games. My interest lays in classic RPG games, especially old MMORPGS.

I explore a couple of classic MMORPGS, for an indefinite period.

I have a few conditions for games I play: They must:

be released between 1996 and 2005
have a fantasy or sf theme
not be too significantly altered from their release version
have nineties-style, slower, more analytical, gameplay
be owned by a company or community that has legal rights to operate the game
be owned by a company or community that is respectful and supportive towards players
be playable at low cost
